We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Performance Marketer with a passion for Google Ads to supercharge our customer acquisition engine and scale Just Russel across Europe. If you’re someone who thrives on experimentation, has a sharp analytical mind, and wants your campaigns to directly impact real growth — this is your moment.

You’ll be joining our Growth team at our HQ in Nevele and report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing.

Your mission:

• Own and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display) with clear performance goals (CPA, ROAS, CAC, CLTV).
• Continuously analyze campaign data and optimize based on insights, not assumptions.
• Build growth experiments from scratch — from hypothesis to creative briefing to performance analysis.
• Collaborate with content, design, and data teams to build high-performing campaigns and landing pages.
• Spot growth opportunities before they go mainstream. We’re talking competitor gaps, emerging formats, fresh bidding strategies.
• Help shape our overall acquisition roadmap with a strong focus on scalable and predictable growth.

You’ll love this role if:

• You have 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing and/or managing Google ads and want to go deeper – fast”.
• You combine a data-driven mindset with a creative spark and an obsession for A/B testing.
• You’re proactive, hands-on, and don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do.
• You’re familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and maybe even SQL.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, no-BS startup environment where ownership and initiative are key.
• You speak the language of growth: CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR, ROAS — not just acronyms, but levers you know how to pull.
