Business Analyst

We seek a talented business analyst to bridge the gap between our customer heroes, warehousemen and development teams. You will play a key role in understanding business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring our backoffice applications align with operational goals. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our internal systems and improve efficiency across our warehouse and customer service operations.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with our customer heroes and warehousemen to identify business needs and translate them into clear, detailed technical requirements.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful design and implementation of new backoffice applications.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and developers, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.
• Leverage data insights to support process enhancements and operational improvements.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that new system functionalities meet business needs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system requirements, and workflows.

required experience & competences

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or customer service operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), customer service tools (Zendesk), or other operational software.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Github).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects.
• Knowledge of SQL, BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google BigQuery), or data analysis experience is a plus.
