Tips on vaccinating and worming your puppy!
In this blog, we will discuss vaccinations and deworming for your puppy and provide you with a vaccination schedule so you can track it yourself. As a new puppy owner, it can all be a bit overwhelming.
Puppy Vaccinations
Vaccinating your puppy helps prevent several fatal diseases (Parvo, Leptospirosis, Canine Distemper, and Infectious Canine Hepatitis). For some conditions, a single injection is not enough, so puppies need multiple vaccinations in a series.

Mandatory!
Rabies vaccination is mandatory when crossing national borders. At the earliest at 12 weeks of age. Some countries require proof of a blood test showing sufficient antibodies!
Puppy Deworming
In addition to vaccinating your puppy, we recommend deworming monthly starting from 6 months, then every 3 months from 6 months onwards. Don’t forget to deworm if you are traveling abroad with your dog.
If you have any further questions about vaccination and deworming, we strongly advise you to contact your veterinarian.

Tips for vaccinations
- Be on time with vaccinations
- When your puppy is not vaccinated yet, avoid contact with other dogs unless you know they are vaccinated
- Keep a vaccination schedule
- If you have multiple dogs, it’s best to deworm them at the same time
- To reduce the infection pressure of worms, we recommend cleaning up your dog’s feces in the garden every day.
