If processing takes place on the basis of the consent of the Customer, the Customer also has the right to withdraw consent to processing at any time, such as the withdrawal of consent to obtain direct marketing. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The right to inspect, rectify or delete personal data, to limit the processing concerning him, to withdraw consent or the right to object to processing can be exercised by sending an e-mail to hello@justrussel.com. Just Russel is entitled to ask for your identity before complying with the above requests.

Just Russel will always respond no later than 30 days after a request.
